At Finary, we are committed to providing you with the most reliable data possible to track your wealth. However, an asset might occasionally contain incorrect information. To help correct these errors, you can now report an issue directly from the app or the website.

🔍 When should you report an asset?

Use the reporting feature if a synced asset shows incorrect information. Common cases include:

  • You do not own the displayed asset

  • The asset name is incorrect

  • The current price is wrong

  • The displayed quantity is incorrect

  • The purchase price is incorrect

  • The logo or image does not match the asset

📝 Report an asset in 6 steps

  1. Go to the relevant asset in your portfolio.

    • 🖥️ Web: Click on the “…” then select “Report a data issue”

    • 📱 Mobile: Tap the asset and choose “⚠ Report”

  2. Select the type of issue:

    • I don’t own this asset

    • Incorrect name

    • Wrong current price

    • Incorrect quantity

    • Incorrect purchase price

    • Incorrect logo or image

  3. Enter the correct value if applicable (e.g. price, quantity).

  4. Optionally, add a comment to help us understand the context (max. 96 characters).

  5. Submit your report ✅
