If you are sure of your connection method

It is possible that the connection is blocked for another reason.

Using a VPN

If you use a VPN, you will not be able to connect to Finary and an error will be displayed at the end of the authentication process.

We do not explicitly block users using VPNs, but the volume of attacks and fraud attempts coming from certain IP ranges forces us to block them completely. It turns out that these ranges often coincide with those used by VPN providers.

Error when signing in via Google/Apple

In some cases, an error may occur when you try to connect to the Finary application using your Google or Apple account. If your Google/Apple account is linked to your Finary account, you will not encounter this problem when connecting to our web version from a computer.

In this case, we invite you to define a password from the web version (My account > Security), which you can then use on the mobile app by selecting I already have an account > Sign in via email

Invalid password

If you forgot your password, you will need to reset it on our website.

  1. Open a browser and go to this address: https://app.finary.com/v2/login/forgot

  2. Enter the email address used to create your Finary account

  3. You will receive a link in your email inbox

  4. Click this link and setup your new password

  5. You can now use your new password to sign-in in the app

Invalid PIN code

If your PIN code is invalid, you should uninstall the app. Once you reinstall it, you will be able to set up a new PIN code once you have signed-in again.

Invalid 2FA code

To reset your 2FA, please reach us at [email protected]
