Following our app installation and your first sign-in, you will need to setup your PIN code. This 4 digits PIN code is an additional layer of security that protects the access to your data in Finary.

To set it up, follow these steps:

1) Install the Finary app;

2) Sign-in to your account or create a new Finary account;

3) Enter your PIN code (tips: don't use an obvious PIN such as 1234 or your birth year);

4) Confirm your PIN code;

5) You can now access the Finary app;

6) This PIN code will be required at each connexion or every 5min when you use the app;

You can also use Touch ID alongside your PIN code. This way you won't have to enter your PIN code each time you sign-in or each time the app is locked.

To set it up, follow these steps:

1) Once signed-in, open the app menu;

2) Toggle "Biometric authenticaiton";

3) Confirm the activation with your biometric print.

You can also us Face ID if you have a more recent device.
