What Crypto can I deposit?
You can easily transfer your crypto into your Finary account. Currently we are supporting the following networks and currencies:

How can I deposit my Crypto?
To deposit crypto follow those easy steps:
tap on “Deposit”
tap on “Crypto”
select the asset you want to despoit
if its the first time, create a deposit address
copy the address to your wallet and transfer the crypto to Finary

What fees will I need to pay?
Finary won’t charge any fees for your crypto deposits, however you will need to cover the network fees and potential fees of the sending platform.
FAQ
I can’t generate new deposit addresses. Why?
Make sure you have transferred Euros at least once. The amount doesn’t matter. As we only accept payments from bank accounts in your name, this is an additional security step to avoid any compliance issue.
I transferred you MATIC on Polygon’s native chain. What can I do?
Please reach out to the customer care team. We will check with our partner if funds can be recovered.
I transferred you a crypto currency you don’t support. What can I do?

I transferred crypto to the wrong address. What can I do?

I don’t see my crypto added to my balance, even though the transfer was successfully to the correct address. Why?
Every incoming deposit will be screened by our compliance team. Sometimes this processing can take additional time. In specific cases, our compliance team will reach out to you and request additional informations.
