💡 The list of crypto assets that can be withdrawn to your personal wallet is available below.
How can I withdraw my crypto to my wallet?
Step by step
To send your crypto to your personal wallet, just follow these steps:
Go to the Assets section of the Finary app's Invest tab
Tap on the asset you want to withdraw and click on Send
🔐 In case you haven’t set up your 2FA yet, set it up now. The 2FA will add extra security to your Finary account, and a 2FA code is needed for every crypto withdrawal.
Determine the wallet to which you would like to transfer your crypto:
New wallet - Enter your wallet address and ensure you are using the same network ("SOL - Native Solana Network" in the example below). You can either scan the wallet's QR Code, paste in the wallet address or type it. When using a new address, you can save the new wallet, to directly use it for your next withdrawal.
Already saved wallet - In case want to send your assets to an address you have previous used, just tap on it.
Next, enter the amount you want to send to your wallet. You can find the minimum withdrawal amounts further below.
After confirming the amount, you will see a summary of the transaction as well as the transaction fees you will be charged.
⚠️ The fees will be taken from your Euro balance. Make sure that your Euro balance is sufficient to complete the transaction.
Once you confirm the withdrawal, those fees are locked-in and you won’t pay more in case fees are going up.
You will receive a code by email. Paste it for the first security step and click Continue.
To finalise the transaction, paste your 2FA code from your Authenticator app and swipe the button for the second security step.
Shortly after, depending on the Blockchain, your assets will reach your wallet.
For security purposes, if the email address or 2FA settings of your Finary account is changed, withdrawal to a wallet will be unavailable for a period of 72 hours. You will receive an email to let you know about it.
Example for a withdrawal of 0,02 SOL
Withdrawal status
In progress
While processing your withdrawal, you will see the following status on your Invest screen, directly on the asset your are withdrawing:
During this status we are requesting the on-chain transfer of your assets. Depending on the asset this can take a few minutes as we wait for confirmations of the transactions on the blockchain, e.g. 6 for Bitcoin and 12 for Ethereum.
Transaction confirmed
Once your withdrawal is processed, you can see your transaction in the Activity Log:
With a click on “Solana” (in the example above) you can directly open a Blockchain explorer, or you can copy the Transaction ID and check the transfer on your favourite Block-Explorer.

*XRP: For XRP, please note that we ask to indicate a "Destination tag" even if it is not required on the wallet you are initiating the transfer to. In this case, for Ledger for example, you can enter a random number string, such as "1111".
**Bitcoin Cash: For BCH, we only support "Legacy" addresses and not those of type "CashAddr". You can use this converter to find your "Legacy" address.
***Stellar: For XLM, please note that we require a "Memo ID" even if it is not required on the receiving wallet. In this case, for Ledger for example, you can enter any number, such as "0".
Withdrawal fees
Pour définir les frais de retrait, nous estimons les frais et ajoutons une marge de risque. Cette marge de risque se situe autour de 30 % et varie en fonction de plusieurs facteurs.
To define the withdraw fees we are calculating the estimated fees and adding a risk-margin. The latter is around 30% and may vary based on various elements.
This margin is added in order to guarantee the withdrawal fee as soon as you confirm the withdrawal in order to avoir any bad surprises for you..
💡 Our risk-margin is around 30%. It is very competitive compared to other platforms. A risk-margin close to 100% can be observed on the biggest platforms.
For BTC, you can check the current transaction fees on mempool.space.
For ETH, you can track the fee evolution here. For your information, our custodian Bitstamp uses a smart contract for withdrawals, which consumes more gas (approximately 100,000 units compared to 21,000 for a native transfer).
