You can manage your email addresses and linked accounts from the web version, in your account settings here.
I just created my Finary account
I signed up by email
If you created your account by email, the email address you used currently allows you to log in to your account.
I signed up with my Google account
If you created your account through Google, your Google account allows you to log in to Finary.
The email address attached to this account is also visible on Finary. To log in by email, add a password in the Security section at the bottom of the My account page.
I signed up with my Apple account
Likewise, if you created your account via Apple Apple, your Apple account allows you to log in to Finary.
One difference: 2 options are offered to you by Apple:
share your Apple account email address with Finary
hide your email address - in this case, Apple provides us with a fictitious email address [email protected].
The email address provided to us is also visible on Finary. To log in by email, add a password in the Security section at the bottom of the My account page.
Manage my email addresses
In the My Profile section, click on Edit my email
In the My Email tab, you will see the email address(es) associated with your Finary account
In the Linked accounts tab, you will see the Apple/Google account(s) currently linked to your account
Add an email address to my Finary account
In the My Profile section, click on Edit my email
In the My Email tab, click Add an email address
Type the email address and confirm
A code is sent to you by email to verify this address
Enter the verification code
Confirm. The address is added.
Change my account's primary email address
In the My Profile section, click on Edit my email
In the My Email tab, you will be able to see what is your current primary email address and edit it. It will be used for email communications for instance.
Select Set as primary just below the chosen address.
Delete an email address or Google/Apple account from Finary
If you lose access to an email address or change your address, you can delete this address from your Finary account. To do this, you will simply need to still have at least one Google/Apple account or a verified email address on your account.
In the My Profile section, click on Edit my email
In the My Email (or Linked accounts) tab, click on the trash icon of the email address or account to delete
