Is the eToro integration available?

  • Finary’s previous home-made integration is no longer available.

  • eToro accounts can now be connected via our partner Powens.

⚠️ Please note: some users face errors when connecting eToro. These issues are due to restrictions imposed by eToro’s authentication system, and we cannot guarantee a fully reliable synchronization at the moment.

👉 If your account does not synchronize, you can still track your assets manually in Finary.

Connect your eToro account

You can, from the search function on mobile or on the web version, add an eToro account:

The connection is done in two steps:

  1. we will ask you for the email address and password associated with your eToro account

  2. you will need to indicate the 2-factor authentication code (2FA) provided by eToro

I don't have a password for eToro

If you created your eToro account via Google, Facebook, or Apple login, you may not have a password. To connect your account with Powens, you’ll need to create one:

  1. Log in to eToro’s website.

  2. Go to Settings > Account > Password.

  3. Set your password.

  4. When connecting in Finary, use your social login email + the new password.

A 2FA code is requested but I don't receive it

If you have the eToro mobile app installed, the 2FA code may be sent via push notification instead of SMS.

✅ Check that notifications are enabled for the eToro app on your phone.

If they’re disabled, you won’t receive the code. Turn them on and restart the procedure. You should then get the code via an app notification.

My eToro connection won't synchronise

eToro is one of the institutions that require a strong authentication so that your positions can be synchronized. You can sync the account manually, and you will need to enter the 2FA code (see above).
