⚠️ Important: only send cryptos listed below, on the network and to the deposit address shown in Finary. Otherwise, your funds may be lost and unrecoverable.
💰 Prerequisite: a first SEPA transfer
Before you can deposit crypto, you must have received at least one SEPA transfer on your Finary Crypto account. A card deposit cannot be used as your first deposit.
📱 Crypto deposits are made from the mobile app, in the Invest > Finary Crypto section.
Do you hold cryptos on Binance and want to transfer them to Finary? The process is a withdrawal from Binance to your Finary deposit address. Here is how to do it.
Step 1: generate your deposit address on Finary
Open the Finary app and go to the Invest > Finary Crypto section.
Tap "Deposit", then choose "Crypto".
Select the crypto you want to deposit.
Generate your personal deposit address, then copy it. Also note the network shown.
Step 2: make the withdrawal from Binance
Log in to Binance, then go to Wallet > Withdraw.
Select the crypto to send (the same one you chose on Finary).
Paste the Finary deposit address into the address field.
Select the same network as the one shown on Finary (for example Bitcoin for BTC, Ethereum for ETH and ERC-20 tokens - list below, Solana for SOL).
If Binance asks you to select the destination platform (VASP), choose Bitstamp, not Finary: your cryptos are for now held by our partner Bitstamp.
Enter the amount, then confirm the withdrawal. Binance will usually ask you for a confirmation (2FA and/or email).
After a few network confirmations, your cryptos appear on your Finary Crypto account.
Wallet verification & Travel Rule
To comply with European regulations, Finary may ask you to verify that you are the originator of the transfer, in certain cases (for example large transfers).

Which cryptos can I deposit from Binance?
Finary currently supports deposits of the following cryptos, on the following networks:
Networks | Crypto |
Bitcoin | BTC |
Dogecoin | DOGE |
Ethereum | ETH, as well as the following ERC-20 tokens: POL, UNI, LINK, AAVE, USDC, GRT, SNX, COMP, FET, SAND, MANA, PEPE, GALA, SHIB, ZRX |
Solana | SOL, BONK |
Bitcoin Cash | BCH |
Litecoin | LTC |
Avalanche | AVAX (C-Chain) |
👁️ On Binance, choose the right network
For a given asset, Binance often offers several withdrawal networks, and the default one is not always the network Finary accepts.
Tokens (USDC, SHIB, PEPE, GALA, etc.): select Ethereum (ERC20), never BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain). ERC20 and BEP20 addresses both start with "0x" and look alike, so double-check the network before confirming.
POL: select Ethereum (ERC20), not the Polygon network.
AVAX: select Avalanche C-Chain.
If Binance does not offer the network listed in the table above for your asset, do not make the withdrawal. A transfer on the wrong network is final: the funds cannot be recovered, either by Finary or by our partner.
FAQ
What about fees?
Finary does not charge any fee on your crypto deposits. However, Binance applies its own withdrawal fees, on top of the network fees.
I can't generate a deposit address. Why?
Make sure you have already received a SEPA transfer on your Finary Crypto account. The first deposit must be a SEPA transfer (a card deposit cannot be used as the first deposit). Once this transfer is received, you can generate your crypto deposit addresses. The amount does not matter.
I sent a crypto on the wrong network or an unsupported crypto. What can I do?
A withdrawal made on an unsupported network (for example BEP20 instead of Ethereum) is irreversible: these funds cannot be recovered, either by Finary or by our partner. Always double-check the network before confirming.
If you sent an unsupported crypto on a correct network, contact our support team: we will check whether recovery is possible, with no guarantee.
My deposit doesn't appear in my balance yet, even though the Binance withdrawal is complete. Why?
Every incoming deposit is reviewed by our compliance team. This processing can sometimes take longer. In some cases, our compliance team will contact you to ask for additional information.
