Finary allows you to track the value of your watches, among thousands of references. This article will guide you through adding them to your Finary account and provide insights into their valuation process.

Add a Watch to Your Portfolio

  1. Access the Asset Addition Feature
Navigate to the asset addition section and select Watch.

    • On the web version, click here.

    • On the app, click here.

  2. Search for Your Watch
Use the search bar to find your watch by entering its name, brand, or reference number. We recommend using the watch’s reference number to ensure you select the exact model.

  3. Enter Watch Details
    Add the following details:

    • Purchase price

    • Condition

    • Original box

    • Papers (documentation)

Providing these details allows for a more accurate valuation.

  4. Save
Once all the information is complete, click Submit to add the watch to your portfolio.

💡 If your watch’s reference doesn’t appear in the search, you can add it manually by selecting Other Assets at the bottom of the asset addition page.

Watch Valuation

Finary estimates the value of your watches using data from the secondary market, including auction results and prices from various resale platforms.

The characteristics you enter when adding your watch allow Finary to provide a value range for each model, reflecting current market trends. Keep in mind that these estimates may vary due to differences in data sources and fluctuations in the watch market.
