Troubleshooting missing transactions

Supplier not yet managed

Finary uses a number of providers to retrieve data from your accounts. To date, transaction retrieval has only been enabled for banks synchronized via Powens.

This means that transactions from the following data providers are not yet returned:

  • Plaid: US banks 🇺🇲 & Canadian banks 🇨🇦

  • Flanks: Swiss banks 🇨🇭, various private banks

  • Finary Connect: Trade Republic, IBKR, MonPetitPlacement, Goodvest, etc...

💡 Good to know: we plan to integrate transactions from the majority of missing suppliers in the months to come. The team will communicate as soon as new providers are supported.

A specific transaction is missing

You've linked a bank via Powens, but a specific transaction isn't showing up?

Check the time of the last synchronization! On average, banks update transactions once every working day. This means you'll find Monday's transactions on Tuesday. Saturday's transactions will be visible on Monday afternoon.

If the transaction is older and does not appear, please contact our team via the chat at bottom right. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Also, make sure that the categories linked to the transactions are correctly selected. Otherwise they won't not be displayed.

A transaction is displayed twice

Check that you haven't connected the same account twice in your Settings -> Linked Accounts.

If this is not the case, please contact our team via the chat on the bottom right. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
