Any profits arising from an investment might lead to taxation, however due to the nature of cryptos, and the vast differences between each taxation systems, we strongly suggest our non-French residents, and non-French taxpayers to contact their local tax advisors or tax office in order to know if they need to declare their profits and losses, as well as their Finary's account.

Finary will assist users requesting help to the best extent possible.
