When you buy cryptocurrencies through Finary Invest, your assets are held by our trusted partner, Bitstamp, a Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP) registered in France (E2023-064).

Your cryptocurrencies are held in your own name, not in the name of Finary.

In the event of Finary's bankruptcy, your cryptocurrencies remain safe. They are your exclusive property. This means that your assets could not be used to repay Finary's creditors under any circumstances.

🔐 You can withdraw your cryptocurrencies at any time by transferring them to another platform or a personal wallet. To learn more, go to this article.
