⚠️ The cancellation process depends on where you created the subscription. If you created it on the Finary app, Google and Apple are managing your subscription and you cannot cancel it on the website because they do not allow it.
Similarly, if you started the subscription on the web app (app.finary.com), Apple and Google do not allow you to manage your subscription on the Finary app.
Follow the process below based on your subscription platform.
Cancel a subscription initiated on the Finary web app
Go to your Settings
Go to the Manage my subscription tab
Click Cancel my subscription
You are now redirected to Stripe. Click Cancel plan.
Confirm
You can see that your subscription was canceled succesfully
Cancel a subscription created on the Android or iOS app
Subscriptions created on the Play Store or App Store are managed directly with Google and Apple. You must therefore proceed with the cancellation on your phone.
Note for iOS users
Apple does not allow us to refund a subscription if a subscription was renewed and you did not want it to. If you would like to receive a refund, you have to request it to Apple via this link.
Please note that Apple considers trials are confirmed 24 hours before the end of the trial period. If you would like to cancel your subscription during the trial period, please do so at least 24 hours before.
