I lost access to my second factor of authentication (2FA)

If you have lost your phone and access to your 2nd factor of authentification, here is how to access your account

You have access to your back-up codes

  1. You can use a back-up code to login in replacement of the 2FA code. The back-up codes were shared during when you set up your 2FA. Customer support does

  2. Head over to your Settings, and select "Manage 2FA" in "My Account" section

  3. Click on "Disable 2FA"

  4. Your 2FA is now disabled.

You don't have access to your back-up codes
