You have access to your back-up codes
You can use a back-up code to login in replacement of the 2FA code. The back-up codes were shared during when you set up your 2FA. Customer support does
Head over to your Settings, and select "Manage 2FA" in "My Account" section
Click on "Disable 2FA"
Your 2FA is now disabled.
