End of FTM (Fantom) support on Finary

FTM (Fantom) will no longer be listed on Finary as of April 10, 2026.

This decision is part of an upgrade to our custody infrastructure, which can no longer support this asset.

If you currently hold FTM on your Finary account, some actions were needed before that date.

What changed

As of March 10, 2026:

  • It is no longer possible to buy FTM on Finary.

Until April 10, 2026, you could still:

  • sell your FTM directly on Finary

  • withdraw your FTM to an external wallet

What you needed to do

If you held FTM on Finary, you had two options before April 10, 2026:

1. Sell your FTM on Finary

You could sell your FTM position directly from the app.
The corresponding amount was credited to your euro balance.

2. Withdraw your FTM to an external wallet

If you wanted to keep your FTM, you could withdraw it to an external wallet before the deadline.

What happens if you did nothing?

If you still held FTM after April 10, 2026:

  • your position was automatically sold at market price

  • the proceeds of the sale were credited to your euro balance

A confirmation was sent to you by email once the sale was completed.

Why did Finary end support for FTM?

Finary is migrating to a new custody provider as part of an infrastructure upgrade.

This new system does not support the FTM (Fantom) asset, which requires us to end support for it on the platform.
