🧭 Steps to check
If your crypto withdrawal from your Finary Crypto account is not going through or appears stuck, please review the following points:
1. 🔐 Is two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled?
2FA is required for all withdrawals.
👉 You can enable it from your account settings.
2. 📩 Have you recently changed your email or 2FA settings?
For security reasons, a 72-hour delay is applied after any change to your email address or 2FA configuration.
➡️ During this period, withdrawals are temporarily disabled.
3. 💳 Do you have enough euros to cover withdrawal fees?
Withdrawal fees are deducted from your euro balance.
➡️ If your balance is too low, your withdrawal will not be approved.
💡 You can see the exact amount of fees before confirming your transaction.
4. ⛓️ Are your cryptos available for withdrawal?
Some or all of your crypto balance may be locked in the yield program.
➡️ In this case, you’ll need to unstake or retrieve your crypto from the yield program in the Finary app before withdrawing it.
5. 🏷️ Is the address and network correct?
Make sure the selected network matches the destination address.
For certain cryptos (like XRP or XLM), a tag or memo ID is required — even if your wallet doesn’t request one.
6. 🧾 Has your wallet been verified?
In some cases, you’ll need to verify that you own the wallet before withdrawing to it.
