Switching from one subscription to another is handled automatically. The procedure will depend on the platform on which you have subscribed to Finary Plus.
I subscribed on Web
Go to your Settings
Click on "Manage my members", then "Companies".
Subscribe now! You will then be billed pro rata for the number of days remaining.
Example: if you have 180 days left on your Finary Plus subscription before the next renewal, you will only pay the Finary Pro rate for those remaining days.
I subscribed on iOS
Go to your Settings
Click on "Manage my members", then "Companies".
Subscribe now! You'll be reimbursed for the remaining days of your Finary Plus subscription.
I subscribed on Android
On Android, this upgrade is not yet correctly managed by the Play Store. Contact support via the "Help" section to avoid double billing.
