Accidentally cleared graph
You may have deleted your graph without meaning to. This can happen when you don't select the right time range when clearing it.
Sometimes you might just be on the wrong view (1Y, 1D, 7D...).
So make sure the graph isn't simply hidden by a filter!
If the graph really was deleted, don't hesitate to reach out to us. Our team can usually restore a graph that was cleared by mistake, as long as the data is still available.
💡 To avoid this kind of incident, be sure to double-check the day, month, and year when clearing a time range. When in doubt, never fully reset the graph!
Graph lost after an account was desynchronized
A graph can also disappear because one of your accounts became desynchronized. If an account desynchronizes, the data associated with it can become unavailable. If the data stops coming in for a while, the graph for the affected account may then disappear.
Unfortunately, if the desync caused data loss and therefore the graph's disappearance, we won't be able to restore it. That said, we're actively working on solutions to prevent this kind of issue going forward.
