Accessing our mobile app requires an email address, a password, a 2FA (if you have enabled it on our website) and a PIN code (that you setup directly in the app).
What should you do if you lost one of these authentication factors?

Invalid password

If you forgot your password, you need to reset it on our website.

1) Open your browser and go to this address:

2) Enter the email address used for creating your Finary account

3) You will receive a link in your email inbox

4) Click this link and setup your new password

5) You can now use your new password to sign-in in the app

Invalid PIN code

If you PIN code is invalid, you should uninstall the app.
Once you reinstall it, you will be able to setup a new PIN code once you have signed-in again.

Invalid 2FA code
